No chemicals, no preservatives, nor additives of any kind.
We brew with four simple ingredients:
- barley
- hops
- water
- yeast
- (and sometimes an apple or cherry or two)
We enjoy creating new beers and using ingredients in season; however, the beers we brew consistently are:
- Sticky Thickett -- A tasting room favorite. Let malt be your guide through life's brambles. This malty brown ale carries roasted nut overtones with a light caramel finish.
- Iron Curtain Red Ale (OAO)-- Our Amber is Orange. Major Munich malt and tantalizing Polish marynka hops create a medium-bodied, quaffable ale.
- Anti-Imperial Pale Ale -- Our modest rebuttal to the high-gravity IPA, this British pale ale is thick with ESB and victory malt. We brew it at 5.4 ABV with deliberate malt overtones and a nice hoppy finish.
- Doc's Dismay Apple Ale -- made including local, Big B's organic apple juice, this ale enters apple and finishes real beer. Smooth and crisp.
- Where is my Bag? Roasted Porter -- A medium-gravity porter influenced by roasted barley and crystal malts. A nice, dark beer without crossing to the other side.
- Stout Old Friend -- The real deal stout: a welcome visitor any time of year. This old friend rolls in to party at 6.5 ABV with lots of dark, malt flavors and a dry finish.
